Return and Refund Policy

At Northern MTS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.  

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
     

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Page or email us at service@northernmts.ca.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
     

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply if the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

4. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must meet the same criteria as returns.
  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement item.
     

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.
